Assemplifier Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions Terms govern your use of the Assemplify platform Platform provided by Assemplify. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Eligibility and Use of the Platform

The Platform is available to individuals or entities that possess the necessary skills, qualifications, and licenses (as applicable) to perform assembly services (“Services”) and are at least 18 years old. By registering or accepting jobs through the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

In order to use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or that may be harmful to others or the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Misrepresenting your qualifications, skills, or licenses.
• Engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
• Causing damage to clients property or not completing jobs to the standards communicated by Assemplify.
• Using the Platform to solicit clients directly to bypass the Assemplify payment processing services.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting any content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
• Engaging in any unauthorized or illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not make any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Assemplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
