Assemplify
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Assemplify platform (“Platform”) provided by Assemplify. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
The use of the Platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
In order to use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or that may be harmful to others or the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any of the following prohibited activities:
Payment processing services, which are a key feature of the Assemplify Platform, are currently provided by Stripe, and where applicable, may include money transmission services pursuant to licenses or other regulatory approvals held by Stripe. Payment processing services provided by Stripe are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms or by accessing, searching or using the Assemplify Platform, You agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement, as they may be amended or modified from time-to-time by Stripe. Assemplify’s provision of any payment processing services through Stripe is subject, and conditioned upon, Your agreement to provide Assemplify up-to-date, accurate, and complete information relating to you and your payment instrument (s) and You expressly authorize Assemplify to share this information and transaction-related information relating to your use of payment related services with Stripe. Assemplify reserves the right to provide payment processing services through other third party vendors, and if it choose to do so, will provide notice to you via Assemplify Messaging or through another method.
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not make any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Assemplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
